GymBarcode is a personal fitness companion app that allows users to store gym membership barcodes, log workouts, track splits, and view yearly fitness statistics. The App is available on iOS devices.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the App's operation

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code within GymBarcode is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (barcodes, workout logs, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the contact page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
